Emmy's Vege House is not fully vegan, but has vegan options on the menu, confirmed by the Simmer List community.

Everything on the menu is vegan. A lot of the 'meat' substitutes are Saitan mostly, which is made form wheat gluten. There are many gluten free options too. Outdoor only seating, but well covered and there are heaters to keep you nice and toasty.
