Simmer List
Where to eat vegan, with the sources shown

Good food, no guesswork.

Simmer List knows what is fully vegan before you go, keeps a plate of what you ate each day, and sends the list to the friend who always asks where to eat.

Leave the place blank to look around where you are. No account needed.

Pick a city, or pick a craving.

Each city guide gathers the places mapped as serving vegan food there and calls out the fully vegan kitchens, so you can see a whole city at once. The food guides do the same the other way round, one kind of kitchen at a time, across every city that has enough of it.

Every city guide, including the smaller places, with a count for each.

Fully vegan kitchens, city by city, where the whole menu is yours.

What the chains do, branch by branch.

Where to go, what you ate, who to tell.

The map for tonight, the Plate for every day, and lists for the friends who always ask.

You can see where it came from

Every place carries one of three tags: fully vegan, has vegan options, or not yet vegan-verified. Each page names the source behind its tag, whether that is a local mapper who recorded the venue or an inference we drew from its menu.

The Plate

Tick off the beans, greens and berries as you eat them. Every food keeps a streak, a month at a glance, and the videos and research behind it.

Log the meal, not the review

One question, one field, and dinner is in your diary. Meals at home count too, and a year from tonight the diary will remind you where you were.

Tonight

Three ideas for dinner that know what the table just ate, what is open now, and what is close. Somewhere else? Ask it again.

Lists, and asks

Here are the six places I would take you in Lisbon. Send it as one link, or ask the people you follow when you are the one visiting. Anyone can open a list, no account needed.

Ask your assistant

Connect Claude or ChatGPT to your own account. Log a meal, mark the dish somebody told you to order, or tick the Plate by talking.

How it works

01

Find

Open the map and search a craving, a neighbourhood, or a place you heard of. No account needed to look around.

02

Eat, then log it

One question, one field. Out or at home, it lands in your diary and on your Plate for the day.

03

Share

Send a list with one link, or ask the people you follow where to eat. Dinner plans, sorted before anyone says “I don't mind”.
