Bygagergaard is not fully vegan, but has vegan options on the menu, confirmed by the Simmer List community.

We are a cafe, restaurant, and hotel with a beautiful view. We serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and you can have ice cream and cake all day. We serve both local and homemade food.
